After selling out quickly last year, we increased our popcorn production this season. Our family-grown popcorn is now ready to enjoy!
Growing popcorn is a labor-intensive process here at Traveling Roots Farmstead. The ears are picked by hand, dried for several weeks, and then shelled once they are ready. It takes time and plenty of hands-on work, but we love being able to grow this fun crop and hear the family stories of our great-great-great-grandparents growing popcorn.
