Join Marcia for a beginner-friendly, hands-on sourdough workshop. Learn the secrets of sourdough baking and take home a loaf you made yourself — plus the confidence to bake delicious bread at home.

In this workshop, you’ll receive:

- A sourdough starter and Beginner’s Guide to Sourdough Starter ebook
- A complete sourdough kit, including proofing bowl, tea towel, dough scraper, spatula, and scoring blade
- A Sourdough Made Simple student guide
- Hands-on training: start your loaf in class and take it home to bake the next day, plus a mini loaf you can take home and bake that evening
This workshop is perfect for:

- Anyone who has dabbled in sourdough but wants hands-on guidance
Since everyone will be taking dough home, we recommend having 2 metal loaf pans or a Dutch Oven at home. We have our favorite Dutch Oven linked in our Amazon shop for easy shopping here.
Limit 1 person per registration.
Due to the planning and materials involved, all in-person class sales are final.

Marcia is the farmer and baker behind Traveling Roots Farmstead. A family farm just outside Theresa. Marcia is passionate about making fresh local food accessible to everyone. Our year-round farmstand offers seasonal produce, cut flowers, microgreens, eggs, and sourdough items.
